How To Use It

Start on the lowest serving on the label, not the full one, and take it with water in the morning or early afternoon.

• Take the first one on a day when you are not driving far or doing anything that needs steady hands.
• Do not take it late in the day unless you enjoy studying your ceiling at two in the morning.
• Do not take it on an empty stomach if you are prone to nausea.
• Count the coffee you drink alongside it. It is part of the total.
• If you feel jittery, breathless or your heart is racing, stop. That is the product being too strong for you, not the product working.

Who Should Leave It Alone

• Anyone sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants.
• Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Anyone under 18.
• Anyone on medication for blood pressure, a heart condition, anxiety or a thyroid condition.
• Anyone already taking another stimulant product. Stacking two fat burners is not twice the result, it is twice the heart rate.
• Anyone who has to be asleep within about eight hours of taking it.

What It Will Not Do

It will not create a calorie deficit on your behalf. Nothing in a capsule does. If the eating and the training are not in order, this changes how the day feels and very little else. Anyone selling you the opposite is selling harder than we are.
