Where we deliver
We deliver door to door, anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship outside South Africa.
Because delivery is door to door, you must enter a physical street address. Our courier cannot deliver to a post box, a PostNet suite or a locker.
What delivery costs
Delivery is a flat R150 per order, regardless of order size or where in the country it is going. The cost is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Dispatch and arrival
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment reflecting in our account, and should arrive the next day once dispatched.
Payment by EFT usually clears within one working day. Transfers made over a weekend or a public holiday will reflect on the next working day.
Getting your details right
It is your responsibility to make sure the delivery details on your order are correct and complete before you place it. Please check the street address, suburb, postal code and mobile number carefully.
If there is anything the driver needs to know, such as a complex name, a gate code or a preferred delivery window, add it to the order notes field at checkout.
Packaging
Every order is dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside of the parcel indicates the contents or the sender.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier.
