These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Lekker Peptides. Our only contact channel is email: admin@lekkerpeptides.co.za.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this site. We sell to customers in South Africa only, and we do not ship internationally. Individual products may carry further eligibility conditions, which are stated on the product page.
3. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe products accurately, including the regulatory classification and intended use of each item. Product descriptions are provided for information only. They do not constitute medical advice, and they are not a recommendation that a product is appropriate for you.
4. Research-use products
Products marked research use only are supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not medicines, they are not approved for human or veterinary use, and they must not be consumed or administered. By ordering such a product you warrant that you are acquiring it for laboratory research purposes only.
5. Prices
All prices are shown in South African Rand. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R150 per order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched; where a price has been stated incorrectly we will contact you before proceeding.
6. Payment
Payment is by electronic funds transfer (EFT) only. When you place an order we email you our banking details together with your payment reference. Your payment reference is your order number, and only your order number.
Your order is reserved but not dispatched until payment reflects in our account. You have two days to pay. Orders that remain unpaid after two days are automatically cancelled and the stock is released. Proof of payment may be emailed to orders@lekkerpeptides.co.za.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment reflecting, and should arrive the next day once dispatched. Delivery is door to door, so a physical street address is required. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery details on your order are correct and complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
