We do not accept returns. Because of what we supply and how it must be stored and handled, an item that has left our control cannot be resold, so we are not able to take it back once it has been delivered.
Before you order
Please check your order carefully before you pay. Product names, strengths and pack sizes are stated on every listing, and we are happy to answer questions before you place an order. Use the contact form, or the Ask about this product link on any product page.
We cannot accept a return because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product.
If your parcel arrives damaged
This is the exception, and we will always look into it. If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will investigate.
Email orders@lekkerpeptides.co.za within 48 hours of delivery, so we can raise it with the courier while their record is still open.
Photos of the outer packaging, the damage itself and the item as it arrived. These are what we need to take the matter up.
It is the reference you used when you paid, and it lets us match the parcel to the delivery straight away.
Hold on to the packaging and the item until we have come back to you. Discarding it early can end an investigation before it starts.
We will review what you send and come back to you by email. Where a claim is upheld we will arrange a replacement or a refund, at our discretion and depending on stock.
Orders not yet dispatched
If you have not yet paid, an unpaid order is cancelled automatically after two days and nothing further happens. If you have paid but your order has not yet been dispatched, email us as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund it where we still can.
Your rights in law
Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where those rights apply, they apply regardless of what is written here.
