What This Is

How To Use It

Start on the lowest serving on the label and take it with water in the morning or early afternoon. Give it three or four days at that level before you consider going higher.

• Morning or early afternoon only. Late in the day and you will be awake for it.
• Include your coffee in the daily stimulant total. Most people forget to.
• Take it with food if it sits badly on an empty stomach.
• Do not run it alongside another stimulant product.
• Stop if you get jitters, breathlessness or a racing heart. That is too much, not more effect.

Who Should Leave It Alone

• Anyone sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants.
• Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Anyone under 18.
• Anyone on medication for blood pressure, a heart condition, anxiety or a thyroid condition.
• Anyone already taking another stimulant product. Stacking two fat burners is not twice the result, it is twice the heart rate.
• Anyone who has to be asleep within about eight hours of taking it.

What It Will Not Do

It works alongside a training and nutrition plan, not instead of one. A stimulant makes a deficit easier to tolerate. It does not create one, and no capsule on this site or any other does.

Storage

• Keep the container closed, in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
• Do not store it in the car, in a gym bag or on a sunny windowsill.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use beyond the expiry date printed on the container.
