How To Use It

Start on the lowest serving on the label. Take it with water in the morning or early afternoon, and hold at that serving for several days before deciding whether it needs to be higher.

• Never late in the day. Sleep is the thing you least want to trade away while dieting.
• Count your coffee and any pre workout as part of the same daily stimulant load.
• Take it with food if it unsettles your stomach.
• Do not combine it with another stimulant fat burner or a strong pre workout.
• Stop at the first sign of jitters, breathlessness or a pounding heart rate.

Who Should Leave It Alone

• Anyone sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants.
• Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Anyone under 18.
• Anyone on medication for blood pressure, a heart condition, anxiety or a thyroid condition.
• Anyone already taking another stimulant product. Stacking two fat burners is not twice the result, it is twice the heart rate.

What It Will Not Do

It will not out-run your eating. The only thing that reliably moves body composition is a sustained calorie deficit and enough protein and training to hold onto muscle while you are in it. This makes that process more tolerable. That is the whole claim.
