What This Is

How To Use It

Take one capsule daily with water, at the same time each day, as directed on the label. Consistency matters more than timing with a once daily product.

• Pick a time you will actually remember. With the morning coffee works for most people.
• Take it with food unless the label says otherwise.
• Keep everything else in your routine steady for the month, or the trial tells you nothing.
• Weigh yourself on the same day each week rather than daily. Daily weight is mostly water and will mislead you.

Who Should Leave It Alone

• Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Anyone under 18.
• Anyone on prescription medication, without checking with a pharmacist first.
• Anyone with a diagnosed liver, kidney or thyroid condition.
• Anyone with a known allergy to anything on the label.

What It Will Not Do

One capsule a day is not going to overwhelm your eating habits. If the food and the training are not in place, a month of this will tell you very little. If they are, it may make the month slightly easier. That is the realistic range.

Storage

• Do not store it in the car, in a gym bag or on a sunny windowsill.

• Do not use beyond the expiry date printed on the container.
