Start on the lowest serving on the label, with water, in the morning or early afternoon. Hold there for a few days before adjusting.

• Do not take it late in the day. Stimulants and sleep are a bad trade, particularly while dieting.
• Count coffee, energy drinks and pre workout as part of the same daily stimulant total.
• Take it with food if it unsettles your stomach.
